The registration fee  is:

  • Conference attendee : 250 euros
  • Accompanying person : 50 euros

The registration fee includes : Admission to all sessions, coffee breaks and lunches from 2 to 6 July 2012, internet access at conference venue, conference material, the Ice Breaker on 2nd July 2012, the Gala Dinner on 5th July 2012.

The registration fee for the accompanying person : only inlcudes the Gala Dinner on 5th July 2012

The registration fee does not include : Travel expenses and local transportation, accommodation, dinners except on 5th July 2012.
Cancellation policy: In case of withdrawal, the Organizing Committee will decide of a possible refund. If you need to cancel your participation, a written notification of cancellation must be sent to the Conference Secretariat:amma-conf2012@ipsl.jussieu.fr
